Check parameter P04, this is the % of maximum output at ignition, this can change if the appliance experiences electrical supply fluctuations and can also be set incorrectly on a brand new PCB causing poor ignition.
On this appliance the parameter P04 should be set to "40", if set to a different value it should be changed to "40"
Once the parameter has been set correctly run the appliance again to see if the ignition is now smooth.
