Adjust, Service, Repair or Replace as necessary
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Isolate Water and Gas as appropriate

Location:
The zone valve has seized, as the valve head is not removable the complete valve will require replacement. It may be possible to replace the synchron motor of the valve and this should be attempted before replacing the valve. Where this cannot be achieved the zone valve will require replacement.
Upon completion of the fault diagnostics carry out final electrical safety tests and checks as per TOPs (C6).
