Observation:
The testing so far has shown that the programmer is faulty and needs to be replaced regardless of the results of the next tests.
However as the hot water valve failed to open with the programmer linked out it would seem there is a second fault on the system.
Leave the link from the previous test in place and select "Continue" to further diagnose the fault on the hot water electrical system.
