Set Appliance State:

Mains Power Off
Ensure there is no demand for either CH or DHW

Observation:

Inspect the Indicator lever on the side of the Hot Water valve, once the power to the system is isolated the zone valve should spring back to its closed (A) position.
Do the valves react as described?
