Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
locate cylinder thermostat

Observation:

Is the cylinder thermostat correctly located 1/3 of the way up from the base of the hot water cylinder?
Is it securely attached and set to the desired temperature?
Note.
Adjust cylinder thermostat to desired temperature if incorrectly set.
