Isolate Water and Gas as appropriate
Location:
The zone valve body is faulty, it may be repairable by following the zone valve servicing procedure. Where this cannot be achieved the zone valve body will require replacement.

Upon completion of the fault diagnostics carry out final electrical safety tests and checks as per TOPs (C6).
