Set Appliance State:
| Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4 |
Ensure there is no demand for either CH or DHW
Remove timer from its back plate and make any exposed terminals safe as they may become live during the test

Observation:
With the Programmer removed does the system still fire with no demand?
Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
