Locate and identify the heating and hot water zone valves
Ensure the room thermostat is turned to its max position
Ensure there is a demand from the cylinder thermostat
Ensure the room thermostat is turned to its max position

Observation:
Inspect the Indicator lever on the side of the valves, at rest with no demand the levers should be in the A position.
Once a demand is placed the valves should open moving the lever to the B position.
