Set Appliance State:

Ensure there is no demand for either CH or DHW
Ask the customer if there is a Frost thermostat fitted, this could be wall or pipe mounted
Remove the cover from the thermostat
Ask the customer if there is a Frost thermostat fitted, this could be wall or pipe mounted
Remove the cover from the thermostat
Measurement:
Ensure the ambient temperature of the area in which the thermostat is fitted is
above the thermostats trigger point.
Disconnect and make safe the thermostats calling wire. Once the wire is disconnected
reinstate the power supply and recheck the operation of the system.
Mains Power On
Does the system still fire with no demand?
NOTE: The colour and position of the wires will vary between systems and components.
If there is no frost thermostat fitted to the system you are working on please
choose the "No Thermostat" option.

and refit as necessary
