DOES COMBUSTION FAN RUN (CONTINUOUS)?

Observation:

Test 1 - Central heating.
Gas Off
CH Demand

WARNING! - Mains voltage is expected during test follow TOPs P4 live testing procedure

Mains Power On
Air heater switch set to constant.
Allow the ignition sequence to commence.
Does the combustion fan run for longer than
30 seconds?
Remove CH demand.
Air heater switch set to Off.

Test 2 - Domestic hot water.
Water heater switch set to constant.
Set thermostat to MID position.
Allow the ignition sequence to commence.
Does the combustion air fan run for longer than 30 seconds?
Note: If the appliance has gone to lockout ensure this is reset before carrying out either test.
