Set Appliance State:
| Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4 |
Set Multimeter to Resistance 
Remove spark electrode
Measurement:
Check the resistance spark electrode and its lead.
Thoroughly check for damage, cracked ceramic, distortion, spark gap and general condition.
Spark gap should be 4mm.
Expected resistance approx 1000 Ohms (1kOhm).

Spark gap should be 4mm.
Expected resistance approx 1000 Ohms (1kOhm).
Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
