Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Isolate and drain the mains water supply
Remove regulator / filter from cartridge assembly

Observation:

Visually inspect the regulator / DHW inlet filter
for damage, restrictions, and blockages.
