Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance

Measurement:

Remove fuse F2 from Distribution Board - located at topside of Transformer.
Inspect or check continuity of fuse with meter.
