Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Remove the fan & burner assembly
Take care removing burner as insulation is prone to damage

Observation:

Inspect burner for damage and good general condition.
Note:
Before reassembly check the integrity of all disturbed gaskets and seals and replace as necessary.
