Set Appliance State:
| Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4 |
Set Multimeter to DC Volts 
Integral timer in OFF position
| WARNING! Mains voltage is expected during test, follow TOPs P4 live testing procedure |
Measurement:
Test for voltage between the white wire on X11 and neutral (blue) on the connector block.
Is there approx 3.5vdc?
Is there approx 3.5vdc?
Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
