Set Appliance State:
Mains Power Off
Set Multimeter to DC Volts 
Turn Hot Water Tap On

Measurement:
Measure the voltage between the red wire marked "E" and the yellow wire marked "C" at M10 on the PCB.
At the sparking stage of the ignition sequence approximately 215V DC should be measured.
Note:
Boiler will attempt ignition 3 times before going to lockout.
Reset by turning power off then back on as necessary.

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
