Set Appliance State:
| Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4 |
Set Multimeter to Resistance 
Disconnect M3 from the PCB
Measurement:
Measure the resistance between the orange wire on M3 to the orange wire (pin 5) at the fan board connector.
Measure the resistance between the blue wire on M3 to the blue wire (pin 12) at the fan board connector.
Resistance should be short circuit (zero resistance) on both wires.
Inspect the harness and connectors for good overall condition.
Measure the resistance between the blue wire on M3 to the blue wire (pin 12) at the fan board connector.
Resistance should be short circuit (zero resistance) on both wires.
Inspect the harness and connectors for good overall condition.
Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
