Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Disconnect connector from the thermal fuse

Measurement:

Measure resistance across the thermal fuse
Resistance should be short circuit (zero resistance).
