Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Disconnect electrode lead from PCB and electrode

Measurement:

Inspect electrode leads general condition and measure the resistance of the lead.
