Set Appliance State:

Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
HW Switch in ON position

Measurement:

Disconnect the two Pink wires from the HW Switch and measure the resistance across the Switch.
Reconnect leads after test.
