Set Appliance State:
Set Multimeter to AC Voltage 
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
CH/HW switch in HW position
Boiler switch in Off position
Ensure that the boiler is cold and ready for Pre-heating
Gain access to PCB (use insulation mat as required)
Ensure connections on base of PCB 27 do NOT come into contact with boiler as shorting will occur
CH/HW switch in HW position
Boiler switch in Off position
Ensure that the boiler is cold and ready for Pre-heating
Gain access to PCB (use insulation mat as required)
Ensure connections on base of PCB 27 do NOT come into contact with boiler as shorting will occur

Measurement:
Measure mains voltage across the blue and brown wires on the plug-on connector marked CON 4 Pump on PCB 27.
Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
