Set Appliance State:

Mains Power Off
Gas Off
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Remove spaded red wires from dry fire thermostat (located top L/H side of the primary heat exchanger)

Measurement:

Measure resistance across the exposed terminals of the thermostat.
