Set Appliance State:

Mains Power Off
Gas Off
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Remove fuse from main PCB 23 (located below terminal strip towards the R/H side of the PCB)

Measurement:

Measure resistance of the fuse.
Replace fuse after test.
