Set Appliance State:
| Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4 |
Set Multimeter to Resistance 
Disconnect connector X7 from the PCB
Disconnect wires from the fan
Disconnect wires from the fan
Measurement:
Check for continuity (zero resistance) of each of the wires running between the fan and the PCB:
Also inspect the overall condition of the harness.
Also inspect the overall condition of the harness.
Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
