Set Appliance State:
Mains Power Off
Set Multimeter to AC Volts 
Turn Hot Water Tap On
Use Insulation Mat as required
Selector switch to hot water
DHW temperature selector to maximum
Selector switch to hot water
DHW temperature selector to maximum

Measurement:
Ensure the boiler is not in lockout. Take the following measurements
when sparking commences.
Test 1
Measure the voltage across the brown and blue wires at connector
J3 (black) on the ignition pcb.
Test 2
Measure the voltage across the black and blue wires at connector
J3 (black) on the ignition pcb.
Note:
The boiler will go to lockout if it does not ignite and will need resetting.

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
