Set Appliance State:

Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Disconnect wires from EMC filter
(make a note of their location for reassembly)

Measurement:

Test 1:
Measure the resistance between pin 3 and pin 5.
Expect a resistance of approximately 1 MOhm.
Test 2:
Measure the resistance between pin 3 and pin 4.
Expect a resistance of 1 MOhm or greater.
Test 3:
Measure the resistance between pin 4 and pin 5.
Expect a resistance of 1 MOhm or greater.
Are the resistances measured as expected?
