Diverter valve located at the lower LH side of the appliance
Boiler CH thermostat to maximum
Diverter valve located at the lower LH side of the appliance
Boiler CH thermostat to maximum
Gas On

Observation:
Is the diverter valve in the CH position (lever back)?
Notes:
CH position - lever towards the back.
DHW position - lever towards the front.
If the diverter valve is in the correct position then it is advisable to repeat this test several times as the valve could be sticking
