Set Appliance State:

Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Disconnect the fan harness from fan

Measurement:

Check resistance across fan pin 1 and pin 5
( the two outside pins on the fan).
Expected resistance between 110 and 130 Ohms
