Set Appliance State:
Turn Hot Water Tap On
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Remove connector from fan assembly and make safe
Remove connector from fan assembly and make safe

Observation:
Reset lockout as necessary.
Does the boiler now recognise a demand?
Does the boiler now recognise a demand?
Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
