Set Appliance State:

Disconnect the external controls / remove the link
if no external controls and make safe
(two right hand wires at the terminal block as shown)
if no external controls and make safe
(two right hand wires at the terminal block as shown)

Observation:
With the external controls disconnected / link removed does the appliance still fire with no demand?
Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
