Set Multimeter to AC Volts 
CH Demand
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Link pins 1 and 2 of five pole connector on mounting frame
Link pins 1 and 2 of five pole connector on mounting frame

Measurement:
Measure Mains voltage across connectors CN4 connection 5 (L Brown) and CN3 connection 2 (N Blue).
Expect mains voltage.
