Set Appliance State:

Gas Off
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Selector Switch OFF
Gas Control Knob fully depressed
Gas On

Observation:

Continue to hold in Gas Control Knob for a further 30 seconds after lighting the pilot.
Does Pilot remain alight after releasing the Gas Control Knob?
