Turn on a cold water tap to confirm the water flow rate into the boiler is sufficient for supplying a combination boiler.
Check the flow rate from other hot water taps in the property to confirm the low flow rate is not due to an issue with an individual tap and also check for any other cause of poor supply (e.g. additional stopcocks or Combi Save).
