Set Appliance State:
| Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4 |
CH Demand
Attach a U-gauge to the gas valve burner pressure test point
Ensure all radiators are turned on
Selector switch to CH - Max position

Selector switch to CH - Max position
| WARNING! Mains voltage is expected during test, follow TOPs P4 live testing procedure |
Observation:
Does CH system start to heat up correctly?
Operation note: The boiler ignites at minimum pressure, the burner pressure will
(if the system requires it) ramp up to match the required output over about 20 minutes. However if the system requires output above minimum then burner pressure should start to increase after 1 or 2 minutes. If test passes do not turn off heating as the burner ramp up period is initiated on every heating demand and burner pressure above minimum is required for further tests.
Note: When pressure gauge is removed the pressure test point should be tightened and checked for gas tightness.
