Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4

Case removal
Front panel - Remove by lifting off supports.
Inner Case -
Ensure electricity supply to appliance is off, remove 4 screws and lift off.
Bottom Facia Panel -
Ensure electricity supply to appliance is off, remove 3 screws from
the base of panel and remove.
Facia Panel-
Ensure electricity supply to appliance is off, remove 2 screws and hinge
down taking care not to damage pressure gauge capillary tube or electrical connections.
Note.
The appliance has two lockout conditions:-
1. Type one can be reset by turning the electricity supply off and on again.
2. The other can only be reset by depressing the reset button on the facia panel for a minimum of
one second (the electricity supply and boiler on/off switch must be on when button is depressed).
On the rear of the control box is a gas valve mode switch this should be in the position marked NORMAL.
CH system by-pass has an adjustment screw which is accessible through an aperture in the base of the appliance on the R/H side.
