Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Remove silicone rubber tubes from the venturi

Observation:

Inspect the venturi for blockages or damage.
Note:
Venturi is located in the outlet of the fan, for complete inspection fan will have to be removed.
