Set Appliance State:

Turn Hot Water Tap On
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Water OFF
Boiler drained and discharged

Observation:

Check flow restrictor for blockage or damage.
Note:
Examination of the flow restrictor requires removal of secondary heat exchanger.
