Set Appliance State:

Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Disconnect connector marked ST16 from PCB

Measurement:

Measure resistance across resistor fitted between connections 14 and 15 on connector ST16.
Resistance measured should be approximately 10 kOhms.
Note:
This test is carried out at disconnected plug not PCB.
