Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
If pilot is extinguished 3 minutes must elapse before attempting to re-light
Gas On

Observation:

Attempt to light pilot manually by depressing the gas valve control knob and applying a lighted taper to the pilot burner.
