Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Disconnect connector X7 from the PCB

Measurement:

Measure the resistance between the brown and blue wires at X7.
Resistance will vary but should be a readable resistance between 1M Ohm and 10M Ohms.
