Set Appliance State:
Mains Power Off
Turn Hot Water Tap On
Heating temperature selector to OFF
Hot water temperature selector to maximum
Hot water temperature selector to maximum
Gas On; Pilot On

Observation:
Allow the main burner to ignite.
Carry out a spillage check on the appliance in accordance with operational procedures.
Notes:
The appliance incorporates a spillage thermostat that activates if products of combustion are not removed from the appliance effectively, this device cuts power to the gas valve and therefore shuts down the main burner.
If the main burner is cutting on and off or shutting down prematurely this may indicate spillage is occurring and further investigation into the cause is required.
