Set Appliance State:
Use Insulation Mat as required
Set Multimeter to DC Volts 
Turn Hot Water Tap On
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Gain access to PCBs
Run DHW boiler until water runs cold before turning mains power on
Gain access to PCBs
Run DHW boiler until water runs cold before turning mains power on

Measurement:
Test between white wire (connection 1) on X15 and neutral on X4.
Voltage should be approximately 12V DC.
Note:
Boiler should fire at maximum rate at 12V DC and vary up to 30V DC to modulate the boiler down to minimum rate to maintain temperature, however if 0V DC is present it will also fire at minimum rate.
