Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Turn Hot Water Tap On
Turn off cold water supply to appliance

Observation:

Remove and inspect DHW flow regulator.
Note:
Regulator is located at the bottom of the flow switch.
