Set Appliance State:

Set Multimeter to DC Volts 
CH Demand
Gain access to PCB (use Insulation Mat as required)
Operating Switch in Heating & Water position.
Operating Switch in Heating & Water position.
Gas On

Measurement:
Measure the DC voltage across connector X8 connection 1 and connector X8 connection 3 on the Main Driver board.
Does the voltage remain at a constant low voltage for up to two minutes and then gradually increase over the next minute?
Voltage will remain low (approx 10vdc) before increasing.
Note:
The appliance must be cold for this test, if the appliance is warm the voltage may not increase above the minimum.

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
