Set Appliance State:

Mains Power Off
Set Multimeter to AC Volts Set meter to measure AC Volts
CH Demand
Gain access to PCB (use Insulation Mat as required)
WARNING! - Mains voltage is expected during test follow
TOPs P4 live testing procedure
Mains Power On

Measurement:

Measure for mains voltage between pins 7 and 8 at X2 on the PCB.
Note:
Voltage will take approx. 5 seconds to appear after power is turned on.
