Set Appliance State:

Mains Power Off
WARNING! - Mains voltage is expected during test follow
TOPs P4 live testing procedure
Mains Power On

Observation:

Once mains power has been turned off then on again 02 should no longer flash, the display should revert back to indicate the appliance temperature.
