Set Appliance State:

Set Multimeter to Resistance 
Measurement:
Test 1.
Measure the resistance between the brown wire on
connector X1 to the brown wire at the terminal block.
Test 2.
Measure the resistance between the blue wire on
connector X1 to the blue wire at the terminal block.
Expect continuity / zero resistance on each test.
Also visually inspect the harness and connectors.
Measure the resistance between the brown wire on
connector X1 to the brown wire at the terminal block.
Test 2.
Measure the resistance between the blue wire on
connector X1 to the blue wire at the terminal block.
Expect continuity / zero resistance on each test.
Also visually inspect the harness and connectors.
