Check parameter B03, this is the variable input switch and can change if the appliance experiences electrical supply fluctuations and can also be set incorrectly after a replacement PCB has been fitted.
If this parameter is set to 1 or 2 then fault code F50 can appear.
The correct parameter setting should be 0
