Set Appliance State:
| Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4 |
Set Multimeter to DC Volts 
Gain access to PCB (use Insulation Mat as required)

Measurement:
There is no need to wait for the fan purge to finish before commencing this test.
Measure the DC voltage between X12 on the PCB and a suitable earth.
Expect approximately 4.3 vdc.
Is the voltage measured as expected?

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
