Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Isolate Water and Gas as appropriate

Location:
Tests so far have proven there is a fault with the primary heat exchanger which is the cause of the poor DHW, however while proving this the return filter was found to be restricted or blocked. This is likely to indicate a wider issue with the system that will need further investigation and rectifying to stop the fault re occurring.
Upon completion of the fault diagnostics carry out final electrical safety tests and checks as per TOPs (C6).
